The good news is that there are a number of great picks for each of the AFL’s five teams. Here are a few to consider:

Geelong Cats vs Adelaide Crows

Adelaide Crows will travel to Geelong for a match on Friday. The two teams have played each other twice previously, with Geelong winning both matches.

Adelaide has struggled this season. They are currently sitting in 15th place in the AFL table with only 12 points. On top of that, they have lost four of their last five matches.

The Cats, meanwhile, have bounced back from losses. Their last victory was a win against Port Adelaide 82-47. They have also won four of their last five games on home ground.

Western Bulldogs vs Collingwood

If you are looking for AFL tips on the Western Bulldogs vs Collingwood match up, you have come to the right place. These teams are two of the biggest sleepers in the competition.

Collingwood is currently sitting on four wins and three losses, while the Bulldogs have only managed three wins and one loss. Both teams sit just outside the top eight. The winner will almost lock up a double chance.

This should be an exciting game, and the ruck battle could determine the winner. However, the Dogs have not won in Geelong since 2003.

Essendon Bombers vs St Kilda Saints

The St Kilda Saints will play the Essendon Bombers in a blockbuster AFL clash on Friday at the MCG. This is a prime time, free-to-air match and will be available to watch live. Here are our tips for this match.

It’s going to be a hard game for St Kilda. Their defense is one of the worst in the competition, and they’re facing a team that has won six of its last 10 games against the top eight sides.

Demons vs Dockers

The Fremantle Dockers will host the Melbourne Demons at the Optus Stadium in Perth, Australia on Friday, 29 July 2022. The game will be broadcast live on Foxtel and Channel 7 in Australia.

Despite being a close game, the Demons will take the victory, with Melbourne having won three of the last five matches. The Demons have not lost to the Dockers since the 2015 season.

Fremantle is looking to get back on the horse after losing two of their last four matches. Having been ranked fourth, the Dockers are still in the hunt for a top four finish. It may not be easy for them to beat the Demons this weekend, though.

Carlton vs Fremantle

Carlton Blues are facing a very tough challenge in their next match when they take on Fremantle Dockers at Marvel Stadium. The Blues have been in a mini-form slump and are currently sitting outside the top four. However, with Patrick Cripps back in the fold, they will hope to avoid a loss.

They will be without Jacob Weitering, who is unavailable due to concussion symptoms, and Jack Martin, who is out of action. Other key players such as Max Gawn and Callum Ah Chee are also out. This will result in a significant change in the line up.

Demons vs Swans

Sydney Swans have a chance to go one step closer to a premiership when they play Melbourne Demons at MCG on Saturday. The Sydney side has had an excellent record against the Demons. They have won nine of the last ten matches between these teams.

The Demons have been one of the two most dominant sides in the competition for the past few seasons. But they’re not in the best form right now.

Sydney is back in the top eight after a strong win over Richmond. However, they could fall short against the Demons.

Collingwood vs Swans

The Sydney Swans have pushed themselves on to the top of the ladder and will look to keep it there when they take on Collingwood at the SCG. It is a chance for the Swans to get some form back after losing their last two matches.

Sydney has looked good in their first four rounds, winning three in a row, while Collingwood has dropped two of their previous three. This is a big matchup for both teams.

Melbourne Power vs North Melbourne Kangaroos

The North Melbourne Kangaroos lost their sixth game in a row on Saturday. They are now in danger of dropping out of the top eight.

Port Adelaide, meanwhile, is on a three-match winning streak. A win against Richmond on October 30 will send them into the semi-finals. Their defensive unit is made up of teenagers.

Port Adelaide will face a tough test at Marvel Stadium on Saturday. North Melbourne is in a must-win situation. If they fail to beat Richmond, they will drop out of the top eight.
